Dr. Martin Seppälä is a Finnish national. Natively Swedish-speaking, Martin has a Ph.D.(Econ.) in strategic management from Hanken in Helsinki and has worked as a lecturer and visiting professor in strategy and management in the Estonian Business School as well as in Finland and the French Grande Ecole System. Martin has been working as a management consultant since 1999. Working with Andersen Consulting's and Accenture's strategy group, he has worked on growth and strategy issues with such companies as Nokia, Teliasonera, Perlos, Nokian Tyres and HP. Besides working in Helsinki, Stockholm, Tallinn, Riga and London, Martin also has an extensive experience in Eastern Europe.
