Excedea lead advisor in large M&A deal

Excedea has acted as the lead advisor to the buyer when Technopolis Plc created a joint venture together with the Estonian high-tech office environment company Ülemiste City. Assets worth approximately 1bn EEK ( 63,5 MEUR) are transferred to the new joint venture. Excedea role spanned the whole process from strategy and valuation analysis to negotiations and signing.
